Harley came from a professional photography/videography family, and he has a strong environmental design background.
Harley's works are built from four technical pillars: power of scenes, control of viewer-emotion, a packaged outcome, and artistic passion.
For the past years, Harley has worked for the marketing teams at Sabey Corporation (Sabey Data Centers), the College of Charleston, California State University San Marcos, and the University of Washington. He produces a variety of videos for research stories, fundraising, campaigns, branding, events, digital ads, and college sports. He also develops and manages marketing creative content, and advises digital marketing plans and strategies.
